Radiant Path is seeking six qualified consultants to offer additional services to our clients. Rates for room use are minimal for those who are willing to provide volunteer hours to the agency.
As a Radiant Path consultant you get access to the environment, our clients and the ability to perform your services in an existing community. Save yourself the time it takes to build your own customer base, and find a place to offer your services.
Each consultant gets to schedule rooms and promote their services to our clients. Consultants also get the opportunity to collaborate with one another in a peer learning community.
Consultants can set their own billing rates and schedules with their clients.
All we ask from our consultants is that they:
- Agree to participate in an interview with Shawna Freels and other board members to ensure high quality of service and professional standards for client service
- To abide by the Radiant Path Client Principles
- Honor special pricing discounts we have given to our clients in their own fee structure
- Be a front desk volunteer for Radiant Path's open hours for at least 12 hours per month
- Take part in a brief introductory training on the facility
- Participate in a bi-monthly gathering to share best practices, tools, and discussion
What do we provide our consultants?
- Co-working and office space while they watch the door. Get out of the house and get some work done on our WiFi, and connect with potential clients who come in the door.
- Space to post your promotional materials
- Space on our website about you and your services.
